Princeton DIY Outdoor Fireplace Kit
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused delays. Even though you will be charged, your order will not ship until we have the materials to fulfill your order. We are producing and shipping orders in the order they were received. Orders are usually ready and out for shipment in 7-10 days from receiving the orders. Sorry for the delays. We are working as diligently as possible to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible. We hope not to run into further delays.
You asked for it; You got it! Customers have been wanting an upscale fireplace in a premium package. So, we added the most popular extensions, refined the proportions, and are excited to offer our upscale Princeton outdoor fireplace kit. This is the big sibling to our popular Fremont fireplace. This fireplace kit comes packaged with a taller hearth, larger smoke chamber, and taller chimney. Overall it adds more mass and a refined look over its smaller sibling. Due to it's increased height, we recommend our new Batwing boxes over the Classic wood boxes for purely aesthetic concerns.
"Curbside" means what it sounds like it says. The trucks will have a lift-gate that will lower the pallets at the side of your curb. The drivers will also have a pallet jack to help move the pallets once off the truck. The pallet jacks are limited in the scope of their delivery. Pallet jacks CANNOT DELIVER ON GRAVEL. Therefore, THE DELIVERY TRUCK MUST UNLOAD ON CONCRETE OR ASPHALT.
Due to the nature of our product(s), your order will be delivered curbside in a large freight truck. Your order will be on several 48" x 40" wood pallets and will each weigh up to 2000 pounds. Someone will contact you to schedule delivery. You will need to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the delivery. The pallets will be lowered and placed on the ground in the street at the end of your driveway. Adequate space must be available for a large freight truck to maneuver. You will probably want a friend or worker to help you with your delivery.
Refunds will not be issued for order refusal due to the delivery method.
*We now have the dreaded asterisk. After hundreds of successful online shipments, it has come to our attention that there are some places in the contiguous US that freight companies can't (or won't) deliver to. Who knew these places still existed? Yet, the US is a huge country, and we can't possibly know all these hidden nooks in our great land. I don't want you to worry about some bait and switch. This is very rare. We are just withholding our right to not ship to certain addresses. You must be hours from civilation to begin to worry about this.
